ABOUT

CHASING WATERFALLS

Chasing waterfalls is just as much of an idea as it is the destinations of some of Costa Rica’s magnificent water wonders. My initial idea was to share with friends all of the magical and healing feels of this beautiful culture and country that I have experienced. And it has become just that and more.

All of the retreat activities from surfing to yoga, to chilling in hammocks to teachings from indigenous healers, all allow us to explore our own selves while adventuring in nature and connecting with new and old friends.

Chasing Waterfalls was envisioned to provide insight into the potentials and limitless possibilities we all possess, ultimately connecting us with our own mind body and spirit in a nature-driven way.  If we can show up here with an open mind and an open heart, we can show up anywhere in the same way.

About Your Travels

Nutrition and environment are important factors to me. That's why we find ourselves in a few of my favorite locations in Costa Rica that offer not only healthy local organic meals, but ocean views, sunsets, and clean rivers. From an ecolodge deep in the pristine jungles of the Osa Peninsula to a biodynamic farm at the base of Central Americas highest mountain, Mt Chirripo- we find ourselves immersed in natures beauty, from the inside out.
